Tocks for Derby's Purrthday

Buddy: Hey, it's Derby's birthday and his mom is having a commentathon. For every comment left on his post, she will donate 50 cents to the Humane Animal Welfare Society - HAWS. One comment per blog. Also, since it's Tocktober, she will add some money to the fund for every tock photo posted during this month (retroactive). So go find a tock pic and post it soon.

Cameron: And more good news. World's Best Cat Litter is having a drawing to give away cat litter to "a charity, foundation, rescue group or needy cat that could use some litter." We fall under the "needy cat" category since Jan won't give us an allowance and claims she doesn't have any money when we ask, but we recommended Eric because he still has a number of the 101 Lakemore Cats he rescued in his garage to recover from spay/neuter and be socialized for adoption. On top of that, he has 14 special needs cats of his own, plus he does TNR rescue. You can recommend Eric or a rescue of your choice at WBCL's blog, Clearing The Air.
