Say Goodnight Gracie

Merci:  Since it's cat day around here again, we thought we'd start our post with a cat joke.

Sam:  Do you know what the difference is between a cat and a comma?

Buddy:  Oh, yes, that's an easy one!  One has the paws before the claws and the other has the clause before the pause.

Sam:  Of course it's easy when you cheat.  Buddy was reading the answer.

Buddy:  So?  You were reading the question!

Merci:  Okay, you can both read.  Now say good-night, Gracie.

Sam:  Who is Gracie?

Buddy:  She's before our time, Sam, well before our time.

Micah:  Well, it's Friday and we're without an interview again.  For two weeks, we didn't have any response from our volunteer prospects.

Rusty:  Last week Jan was determined to finally get the new computer set up!

Cyndi:  Yes, we had an interview, but no computer access.

Cameron:  Then Mousebreath's Wordpress security locked us out this week and we spent several days trying to figure out what the problem was.  It wouldn't even give a hint as to what is wrong.  Just locked us out and blocked us from accessing the sign in page.  Karen finally helped us get in yesterday but we'd already notified the interviewees we would have to postpone things for another week.

Percy:  For those of you who have missed the interviews, we decided we better set up next week's to auto post before something else happens, so our April 11 interview is set to go.

Cyndi:  Of course, we do realize the way things have been going lately, it's likely to decide not to auto publish and lock us out again.  I mean, really, do we look like riffraff from the hood?  Isn't locking the door before we get close enough to knock species profiling?

Micah:  Jan has promised if that happens, she'll personally pay for us Funny Farmer Felines to spend a week in Hawaii recuperating from the stress.

Cameron:  Micah, if you're going to have hallucinations, would you please conjure up a storehouse full of fancy foods, an endless supply of fresh nip and a gigantic bed we can shoo Jan off of if she comes neat it?

Micah:  Okay, but I was really looking forward to an imaginary week in Hawaii.

  11. I hope nothing locks you out this week. I hate not understanding why something has gone wonky! You may have to invest in some little palm trees and coconuts for the imaginary trip. : )

  12. Dad and Mom write and edit for a living, so your joke really made them laugh. :)

Sorry Wordpress is acting up. How frustrating that must be!
