Buddy: Oh, for the warmer temperatures when this picture was taken in the fall.
Merci: I agree. It's a bit too cold for my taste too.
Sam: It's like the Arctic to Jan. She spends half these day creaking like an old windmill.
Buddy: Do you suppose a little WD40 would help her? I think I know where she hides it.
Merci: Hides it? Isn't that what humans do when they have a drinking problem?
Sam: Well, if she's drinking WD40, it isn't working.
Buddy: I think you're supposed to apply it and then yank and twist the stubborn parts around until they start to move on their own.
Sam: Well, if you hold her down, Buddy, and you apply the WD40, Merci, I'll do the yanking and twisting.
Buddy: Wait, perhaps we should find the duct tape first.
Merci: Sam isn't going to pull her apart. Why do you need duct tape?
Buddy: So the neighbors won't hear her screaming and think we're killing her.
Merci: Oh, right. Sounds like a good plan to me.
Sam: Buddy, find the WD40. Merci, find the duct tape. I'll find Jan.
Merci: Oh, she's going to be so pleased with us when we finish.
Buddy: We lost our internet yesterday afternoon and just got online, so this isn't the post we had planned.
Merci: I didn't know we had a post planned.
Sam: Of course we did. It's Thankful Thursday. And since we can't remember what the original one was, we'll just tell everyone how thankful we are to be back online.
Buddy: Now let's go find Jan so we can give her some physical therapy After that she should be able to fix our breakfast.

ReplyDeleteDuct take and WD40 is our whole tool box.... If it doesn't move and it's supposed to, use WD40, If it moves and it isn't supposed to use duct tape.
