Poster Edge Kibble Crumbs

Sam: I think it should be my turn to be featured this weekend.

Cameron: Okay, would you prefer to sing or dance?

Merci: I don't think he means he wants to be a featured performer.

Micah: Are you sure? He could wear one of his weird hats and hoof it. Or would that be paw it?

Cyndi: *rubs chin thoughtfully with one paw* You know, I think Sam would be a good dancer. A top hat. A cane.

Rusty: And some dancing lessons. Why are you all looking at me? You have to admit Sam is not the least bit light on his feet.

Buddy: He doesn't need to sing or dance. Rusty and I have had a turn as feature of the weekend, so it's only fair Sam gets a turn too.

Marcus: When it's my turn, I want to have an eating contest with myself.

Merci: What?

Percy: Don't encourage him. Let's just post a photo of Sam.

Rusty:  Is this photo okay, Sam?

Sam:  Yes.  This is the original.

Sam:  And since this is Sepia Saturday, this is the photo in sepia.

Marcus:  It looks like ...

Buddy:  Don't you dare say it looks like dirt!

Marcus:  Hey, I was only going to say it looks like Sam is looking at the ceiling with his right eye and straight ahead with his left.

Cyndi:  It's an optical illusion, Marcus.  He was trying to look soulful for the camera so he could snag a treat.

Marcus:  I think he should practice looking in the same direction with both eyes.

Sam:  Hey, Marcus, did you spill kibble crumbs all over my photo?

Percy:  No one spilled kibble crumbs on your picture, Sam.  It's also Caturday Art day and Jan did something artistic with your photo.

Micah:  Can any of you remember what Jan called it?

Sam:  No, but I think it needs a bath.

Buddy:  Oh, I don't know, I kind of like it.  It's so .... you, Sam.

Cyndi:  Hey, I remember. The effect is called Poster Edge.

Merci:  Whatever it is, it's growing on me.  I'm starting to like it too.

Cameron:  It really shows off your eyes, Sam.

Rusty:  And your shapely head.

Sam:  *squints at the photo*  You're right.  I do have great eyes and a shapely head.  I guess this isn't really so bad.  It just takes some getting used to. But I still feel like I need to brush off the kibble crumbls.

Pee Ess:  Please excuse us if we don't get to visit you for a while.  Jan is so overwhelmed with things to do we are tired just listening to her complain and need extra naps.  And, as we've mentioned before, she is a computer hog.  But we do our best to stop by and say hello when we can.

We are joining Ruckus the Eskie for Sepia Saturday.

Also, Athena Cat Goddess for Caturday Art.

  14. Sam, you are bootiful just the way you are. Tell your mum that my mum understands about being run ragged. She's been running around like a hairy goat for about a month. Take it easy.
