Cat and Squirrel

Hi, I'm Sam. It's my turn to do a post. It will have to be a quick one, though.

Jan spent hours yesterday trying to change our blog template. So if you happened to drop by and didn't recognize the blog because it looked ... well, strange ...or it took a trip to the fridge and another to the litter box before it finished loading, please don't mention it. Jan is still mumbling about the experience. Perhaps tomorrow she'll think it was a nightmare.

I think you'll like this video. It reminded me of Crystal and how he used to love to sit at a window and tap firmly on it whenever he saw a nearby squirrel or chipmunk. I think he was inviting it to lunch but not a one ever accepted his invitation.

If the video doesn't play, click here.

Some of you got snow yesterday even though it was the first day of spring. Stay warm and safe. Hope you all have a great Sunday.

And remember, not a word to Jan about the blog yesterday. Shhhhhhh.

  11. Well, we think that header is just beautiful and we know it means a lot to Jan.

Yes, we are in the group that got snow. Mom isn't happy but we are thrilled. But we hear warmer temps are coming very soon. So we are out enjoying it all day today.

That video was cute. Either that squirrel is very brave or very dumb. We would probably go through the glass to get at it.

  16. Hi Sam. I loved the squirrel and cat video. That kitty is totally confused and mezmerized! I know, if it was me watching that squirrel I'd have bounced against that window and taken it right out of its frame! Lucky for the squirrel it was just a little kitty and not a big dog!

P.S. It's snowing right now here in Montreal. We had a few days of spring and it's winter again? I don't understand...

  18. Hey Sam,
The new template looks GReat. That squirrel just got more and more brazen. The kitty looked like it wanted some of the squirrels nuts but evidently that wasn't happening.

  19. Jan the bloggie looks great!
You are much braver than our Momma who refuses to do anymore to my blog!

We loved the video and actually felt sorry for the cat...oh he wanted to get that mean old squirrel who was taunting him.

  21. Looking good. Like the color choices and your banner seems to be the right size. If it is a little too short it is OK as it is spaced even at both ends.

Loved the video. How does that squirrel know that there is a window between the two and he is safe?

Oh, I see three columns too. Good job!
