Hold That Door

Rusty:  Hey, hold that door!  I'm coming in.

Never mind, I think I'll stay out for a while longer.

Jan, stop!  Don't you dare close the door!  I'm not done making up my mind.

Why did you close the door?  You know I want to come inside.

Just because you opened the door again, do I really want to come inside with someone who closed me outside?  You can just stand there and wait until I make up my mind.

Hey, come back here!  I'm not done thinking.

What do you mean I can text you when I'm ready?  I don't have a phone!

  3. i can relate to the wait at the door for Jake to decide if it is in or out... when we had 2 dogs it was really a big deal waiting. and letting in skeeters

  5. Yes, I often play door tag wif my mom, she opens the door for me and I sit in the yard, then she closes it and I mIGHT run to the door and come in the house, OR I might choose to stay in the yard and force mom to come out and carry me in. Oh the power!! Stella Rose

  6. Bentley does a lot of deep thinking about whether he REALLY wants to go outside or come back inside. We always tease him by saying he costs us a fortune in air conditioning while he makes up his mind. LOL!

  7. Wow! Here it would be easier...we can sneak out or in through dog-guy's doggy door, MOL!

But well, its not really a problem cause we are not supposed to be outside!

And since your Miss Jan is your slave she will just have to stick close by to attend to your whims,OMC!! (Tee-hee!)

  15. Well, of course you are supposed to wait while I am considering the possibility of perhaps moving in the direction of an entry port and you are supposed to wait as long as it takes and if I walk away and you slam the entry port barrier and stomp away in frustration, you can bet I WILL BE BACK!!!
