GASP
Too many military personnel have been forced to give up their pets when they are deployed, many of them ending up at a shelter because a home can not be found in time. There is a site called Guardian Angels for Soldier's Pet (we shortened it to GASP) where a soldier and a foster home might connect. These men and women love their pets as much as we do. Perhaps you can help too. There are other ways to help besides fostering. Support our military, veterans and their pets.

Woos, the OP Pack
We fostered for a military person through Operation Noble Foster a few years ago. Fostering for a deployed military person is a great way to help someone who is making such a big sacrifice.
Sniffie and the Florida Furkids
That is a lovely idea.. Hugs GJ x
Yes, I have read the stories on this. To foster the furry and reunite when the soldiers come home is beyond a great thing to do.
Great initiative!
What a fabulous thing to do. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
This is a wonderful idea for the pet-loving servicemen and women. Hope it gets the support it needs.
Wow I really love this post. Thank you so much for sharing this. My fiance is in the Navy and while he's lucky to have his mother and I who would take of Bootz I hadnt thought about other military personnal who may not have that option. This is great, love it!
