I thought I would show you Jan's new "torture chamber", otherwise known as an acupressure mat and pillow. She froze at a meeting yesterday which caused some scary problems with her neck and shoulders, so we're all going to be laying low for a few days while she recuperates. You know how it is when you have a human to take care of. They demand your full attention.
One thing is certain. You won't find any of us furries joining her for an acupressure nap, even though Jan says it is relaxing. We prefer to nap on a soft bed.
Oh yeah, that does not look comfortable at all!

ReplyDeleteOh I dunno, when you kitties walk all over Jan's legs, you are giving her accupressure, and when Jan rubs your ears and chucks the chins, that is accupressure. Huggies with healing intent is accupressure. All in all you don't know what you're missing out on!!! Hugs and whiskeries, YAM-aunty xxx

I have one of those mats tied to my tilt table (have issues with a couple herniated disks) ... while I love both tilt table & acupressure mat alone, they also seem to work well together.

ReplyDelete(Our petcretary uses a neck stretching device from her chiropractor to help with things like that...looks like torture, but it is easy to use and helps a lot.)
