Cyndi: Whoo hoo, it's the weekend again. Hopefully, this one will be warmer than the last but more cold air is expected and Jan still doesn't have the window leaks plugged. Any volunteers to help?
Micah: We always look forward to weekend art, even if Jan always waits till the last minute before throwing something together for us.
Buddy: This is me when I was a puppy. I was a climber and I climbed onto that high stool by myself. See the big white bowl? Jan used to fill it with kibble for all the cats and I used to climb up and eat it. All of it. No matter where she put it. Once I managed to eat two bowls of cat kibble in one day. I did have an appetite.
Cameron: This picture is in sepia. The black cat behind the bowl is me. I gave up trying to protect our food from Buddy, the canine vacuum.
Rusty: For Caturday Art, Jan used the sepia photo and added a drop shadow frame. The shadows around the picture are more obvious on the computer but you can still see them.
Marcus: Did Buddy really eat two of those bowls full in one day? And he calls me a pig? I've never even seen that big a bowl full of food . But I wouldn't mind a dozen of them for Christmas, please.
Rusty: This is the original. Doesn't Buddy look sad? He must be dreaming of when the bowl was full and wondering how long before Jan would realize she had "forgotten" to fill it.
Merci: Buddy was a pip when he was a pup. He inhaled everything in sight so quickly visitors could have sworn Jan never fed him. And food aggressive? Don't drop a crumb on your shirt. Buddy would eat it. The shirt, not just the crumb.
Percy: We can't forget a preview of tomorrow's black and white version to complete the set. Merci, Cyndi, Cameron and I knew Buddy as a pup. He was a bottomless pit and a dynamo.
