Statue of Limitations

Micah:  Have we decided what we're thankful for this week, guys?

Cyndi:  Well, for starters, we should be thankful Jan survived last week.

Meci:  Yes, it truly was a painful week for her and she's still trying to recuperate from everything that happened.

Marcus:  I don't understand how one person can have so many accidents/injuries in one short week.  Isn't there a statue of limitations on accidents?

Sam:  You mean statute of limitations, Marcus, and that would only apply if Jan committed a crime.  Being a klutz or being in the wrong place at the right time - or is that being in the right place at the wrong time? - whichever, it isn't a crime.  It's just unfortunate.

Cameron:  Well, I'm thankful the West Paw Hurley bone has survived this long with Marcus.  It's the first toy he hasn't been able to destroy in a short time period and he's been giving it a daily workout.

Marcus:  I'm quite disappointed with it, personally.  What good is a toy I can't destroy?  I intend to keep working on it until I find its weak spot.

Buddy:  On the serious side, we want to join the other bloggers in prayer for the well being and safety of all those impacted by or still in the path of the terrible storms crossing the country this week.

Rusty:  We had two nights of storms and were expecting another last night, but so far we've been fortunate here.  Many humans have lost everything - home, pets, loved ones.

Percy:  Yes, sometimes we forget how much we have to be thankful for. What about you?  Are you thankful for anything in particular today?

  11. Great post! My thoughts and prayers are with families effected by these storms. I am thankful every day for my families health and well being. I am also thankful that living in the part of Canada that we do, we do not have to worry too much about tornadoes and things like that.
