Merry Monday

BUDDY:  According to Jan, rearranging things can cause a problem.  I wouldn't know.  We furries rearrange our beds and Jan's furniture to suit the moment.

MARCUS:  Makes us happy.  Don't know what Jan's problem is just because she trips over things she thinks shouldn't have been moved.

RUSTY:  And just because Jan leaves things on a piece of furniture doesn't mean they belong there.  So what's the problem when we move them to the floor to make room for ourselves?

MERCI:  Jan recently changed desks and now the keyboard is on top of the desk instead of under the desk.  Last night Jan visited Frankie and Ernie's blog and it acted weird.  When she tried to scroll down the page, the blog changed size.  It wouldn't stop growing and shrinking and growing and ...

MICAH:  She emptied the cache, closed/opened the browser.  Our blog worked fine, other pages worked fine, but Frankie and Ernie had locked into a thin ribbon of unintelligible posts.

PERCY:  That was funny, except when she got impatient trying to stop the elevator ride and pushed me aside. That's the last time I lay close to her and purr.


SAM:  Percy, you were the reason Frankie and Ernie's blog went berserk.  You were laying on the Ctl key. 

PERCY:  Well, next time she should cuddle me instead of playing on the computer.

CYNDI:  We just have to share this video of dogs using a cat door.  Enjoy.

Merry Micah Monday

Hey, Micah here.  I don't know about you but we can really use something upbeat and fun around here, so although we didn't have a post planned for today, I found these funnies in Jan's email and decided to post them. Even if you've read them before, they might still give you a chuckle.

In a Laundromat: Automatic washing machines. Please remove all your clothes when the light goes out.  

In a London department store:  Bargain basement upstairs.  

In an office: Would the person who took the step ladder yesterday please bring it back or further steps will be taken.

In an office:  After tea break, staff should empty the teapot and stand upside down on the draining board.

Outside a secondhand shop:  We exchange anything - bicycles, washing machines, etc.  Why not bring your wife along and get a wonderful bargain?  

Spotted in a safari park:  Elephants, please stay in your car.  

Seen during a conference:  For anyone who has children and doesn't know it, there is a day care on the 1st floor.

Notice in a farmer's field:  The farmer allows walkers to cross the field for free, but the bull charges. .

Message on a leaflet:  If you cannot read, this leaflet will tell you how to get lessons.   

On a repair shop door:  We can repair anything. (Please knock hard on the door - the bell doesn't work.)

Murphy Departed on Merry Monday????

We have a Merry Monday video for you today that will bring back memories of your human's childhood. Buddy said he wants to meet these folks and ask if he can take us Funny Farmers for a spin in their red wagon. We all declined. And if these folks have any sense, they'll decline too. We've all had experience with Buddy and his driving skills. And Merci still has nightmares about them, starting from his first Driving Lesson.

We were notified today we won a can of Clean + Green in the Creek Cats' giveaway.Jan likes this product and we can't buy it locally, so she's very happy about this.

We're all hoping this means Murphy and his law have packed up and moved out last night.  Jan is busy checking cupboards, closets, drawers, crawling the floor, and just generally trying to make sure he didn't leave any code behind.

We almost forgot.  Actually, we did forget until after we hit "publish," so we're updating already.  The Furriends of CB auction for us ended last night and a new one has started.  We'd like to thank all of you who have participated - including those who would have but were unable to. ML and Gracie do a great job with the auctions!

Well, it's Merry Monday again and we found a cute post to make your humans smile as they begin another work week. Savannah kitten and a Fennec fox pup playing. Look at those ears! The pup's ears.

We know we've been missing quite a bit again but Jan has been doing some setup to get back to making designs for our zazzle store so we can eat.  Yesterday she managed to redo a couple and make a Missing You card.

We're sorry we missed Talk like a Pirate Day yesterday.  We're so far behind we were thinking it was next Sunday.
