Rusty: We're sure you'll like him. He's quite a character.
Buddy: Yes, he is definitely a character. We turned our back for 30 seconds and look where Carlos is..

Cyndi: Hey, Carlos, come down from there. We want you to tell us about your blog.
Merci: What? I can't hear you. No, you don't need a megaphone. Just climb down.
Carlos kitty |
Percy: Yes, Carlos, this is much better.
Micah: Now you can tell readers a little about yourself and your blog.

I'm Carlos, a handsome black (Finnish) cat in his early years. The Daily Cat blog is all about my intriguing life with my newly hired servants.
My staff consists of four members: the lady of the house (main caretaker), the big one, and two small ones. The big one and the small ones are mainly entertainers, but I can rely on them to feed me if the lady of the house happens to be somewhere else for a while.
I'm an indoor cat, and I'm fine with that. I have been outdoors sometimes during the summertime, but nowadays I just stay indoors. Luckily, I have a lively imagination, and I can easily pass my days though there aren't any other animal friends here with me. Except the fish...(I ALWAYS forget the fish.) Before my staff got me, they thought an aquarium would be nice for the kids. Get real. What is the point in staring at food ... I mean FISH, that just float in the water? I could think of many other ways of making better use of the fish. I do have plans for those swimmers; one sweet day I think I'll be having sushi for lunch. (Please don't tell this to my staff though!!)
I'm a very social character. I like to be where everything happens. I follow the lady of the house everywhere, except when I feel like having a quiet time by myself. I also need to supervise the household processes very carefully, since there has been some room for improvement in many cases. For example the laundry process that I fixed a while ago. But hey, you can read all about it in my blog! It's updated daily (so far), and you're all invited! Welcome!
