For Aggressive Chewers
Marcus: Jan bought me this new toy last month. Isn't it pretty?
Micah: For how long?
Marcus: For how long what?
Micah: For how long will it be pretty? For that matter, how long will it be at all?
Marcus: Jan let me play with it in the dog pen.
Micah: One time.
Marcus: It's supposed to be for aggressive chewers. I'm not aggressive.
Micah: No, you're delusional.
Marcus: That isn't a nice thing to say to your brother!
Micah: But it's the truth. Look!
Marcus: Okay, so it's not so good-looking there.
Micah: That picture was taken less than an hour after Jan gave it to you.
Marcus: Maybe Jan got the toy for sissies.
Micah: I don't think there is a toy for sissies. I think you have razor sharp teeth.
Marcus: Not really. It looks as good today as it did then.
Micah: Your toy is so dirty and shredded Jan refused to take a picture of it for your post.
Marcus: I can't help it because Jan has a dirt and thread phobia.
Micah: And who gave it to her?
Marcus: I don't know. Who?

ReplyDeleteno Marcus, not aggressive... but pawhaps obsessive??! hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Wow that sure does look chewed, Marcus. But hey, that's what it's for right... so keep chewing, I say!
ReplyDeleteMarcus you would have gotten along fine with our Little Bit. She would destroy anything and in pretty short order.
ReplyDeleteI can't tell you how much I enjoy these conversation. So fun.
Thanks for joining Happy Tuesday.
Have a woof woof Happy Tuesday. My best to your mom. ♥
We have accidentally killed a few of those type rope toys too. ☺
ReplyDeleteToys are meant to be destroyed, otherwise they would say something.
ReplyDeleteMarcus, I don't suppose Jan bought a crate of those toys for you...?
ReplyDeleteMarcus, you really did some work on that new toy you got. The only thing that matters is that you had a great time with it. Love the photo of the toy already ripped up and your face is like are you going let me have it again. Thanks for the share. Have a great day.

That's what pups do if it tastes good.
ReplyDeleteI have yet to meet a so-called indestructible doggie toy! That one looks somewhat challenging, though. Have fun!
ReplyDeleteSo, it only took an hour to get a tear.... How long before the whole thing is in tatters?
ReplyDeleteI have heard Kong brand toys are sturdy, maybe try those.
ReplyDeleteMom won't buy us any more "strong" rope toys - never strong enough for these aggressive chewers.

Oh Marcus, you always make us laff! You should be the toy tester for all those pet toy companies. They'd learn fast, MOL!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the recommendation. You can never find enough of those.
ReplyDeleteAt our house toys get nommed on and end up stinking like fish breath. They also get dragged through cat litter *looks at Rabbit* and they get shoved under the stove and under the washer/dryer. We have two toy boxes. One with nice fresh toys, and the other box is for the dirty stuff that eventually gets pitched out.
