Percy: All right, crew, let's get cracking on tomorrow's post so we can hit the haystack before midnight.
Taylor: We can't crack anything; we don't have a haystack.
Rusty: We have a nutcracker in the kitchen drawer, but I think he was referring to hitting the hay.
Cyndi: Well, if we're going to sleep on hay, I hope none of you peed on it first.
Micah: It's too hot and humid to crack anything, but we do have a post to write, so let's get it done.
Percy: We enjoyed interviewing Jasper, Jose, Huggy Bear and Maggie. Jasper is one of the old-time bloggers who started before we did. Drop by Mousebreath to read their story, Jasper McKitten-Cat and Siblings.
We are joining the Pet Parade hosted by Rascal and Rocco, Basil the Bionic Cat, Barking from the Bayou and Owned by a husky.

We have a haystack to hit at our new house, but there are farm animals all around it and mom said to stay out of the neighbors farm. sigh.....mags
ReplyDeleteI would never hit a haystack, it might hit back!
ReplyDeleteWell, I hope you were able to finish before midnight!
ReplyDeleteNo haystack, what's going on. Just hit the hay

Maybe you can hit the sack! Thanks for Pet Parading.
ReplyDeleteYour banter always cracks us up. To answer your e-mail ... yes, we started answering your questions for the interview and we're about half done. We regret that it's taken so long - I'm truly sorry.
ReplyDeleteJasper is a very handsome tom ... hard to believe he is 15!
ReplyDeleteI will go read the interview now.
ReplyDeleteWe hope you got everything finished on time ! Purrs
ReplyDeleteWell, that was one of the best interviews ever, not too long, not to short and WONDERFUL photos and kitties...all so beautiful. Mama has a friend who had a Maine Coon and they are very, very smart kitties but to be part Manx, too. Wow.
ReplyDeleteNifty heredity. Love, Loulou
Make that "too" short...missed an 'o'i in there.
ReplyDeleteHitting the hay(stack) sounds good to us too about now...its 330 am...well almost...and I do wish petcretary would work diffurent hours...sigh...
ReplyDeleteWell we 4 legs have never seen hay, that we remember. But Mommy says it is scratchy and doesn't recommend sleeping in it or on it.
ReplyDeleteWe sure hope you all got to hit that haystack or hay or whatever early, gang! And we will go and read your interview of Jasper now. :)
ReplyDeleteHay sounds kind'a itchy. Hope ya' found somethin' softer to sleep on. We'll head over now. Big hugs
ReplyDeleteLuv ya'
