Today, Monday, August 8 is the 3rd Annual WORLD CAT DAY in The Cat Blogosphere - and beyond. Gus of House of Cats is the official mascot this year. Isn't he handsome?
But this is a post for the human, so we asked Jan why she loves cats and this was her reply: Because they're soft and snuggly, unpredictable and fun.

Oh, and speaking of how wonderful and talented and absolutely gorgeous we cats are, we'd like to share with you a couple more of the cat photos we managed to take for Gracie kitty's Bora Bora party.
So if you're looking for another reason to love cats, we know how to party! (And so do the woofies who attended.)
