Hi, I'm Percy. Just lounging around on this dreary Monday, so thought I'd volunteer to do today's post. Jan is doing much better. Everything appears to be working again. She says she'll never again try to fly without wings, but we've heard that before and she eventually reneges.. Since she's feeling so much better, we woke her with a request for breakfast in bed this morning but she refused. We have a great video for you today. This was beautifully made by Irena Schulz, the owner of Snowball the dancing cockatoo. We've posted a Snowball video two or three times in the past. This time we are posting "Be Our Voice." It is beautifully done - don't worry, no blood or gore or violence - and although this video only shows birds, humans are the voice against abuse of any living creature.

So glad to hear that Jan is doing better. The Momster wants to know if she could come help out with the five munchkins here today - it's a bit wild and crazy but we are sure she would have lots of fun.

Awww what a lovely clip!!! Birds are intelligent but very fragile and need a lot of tlc and care and attention!!! Lots of birds - especially parrots - suffer appalling psychological problems if not given enough mental stimulation and attention when kept as a pet. Poor birdies!!!

We are very glad that Jan is going better! We wish we could watch the video but our computer is to slow for video right now. We need to get it fixed.
I think since your mommy is doing better she has no right to deny you breakfast in bed. especially after all the nursing duties you've all done. sigh.
