Charges against 26 year old Carl Boyer, the man accused of beating Dan Palmer to death after he intervened when Boyer's dogs were being abused, have been upgraded to Second Degree Murder.

Thanks for the update. All I will say is that I hope this guy gets what he deserves. And thinking if not here on this earth he will when the end of his life comes.

Wow. What an incredibly sad story. They say that folks who abuse animals are most likely to be violent w/people, too. This story is a case in point.
I hope he gets punished!! Thank you for the updated!!
